Founder:  

 

Matthew J Schuyler.  I am an eighth-grader and has always had the desire to help others.  For this reason I started this to help our community.

 

Directors:

 

• Megan Stacklum,  President.   Megan is an elementary school teacher in Newburgh, and in addition to her duties as president, is our liaison to Schools, Churches and other charities.  We are always looking for students in need and volunteers to help us fulfill our mission.

 

• Justine Angelo Schuyler, Secretary.  Justine has experience executive assistant in a large corporate law office, and her duties include ensuring compliance with state and federal non-profit filings and regulations.

 

• Dan Schuyler, Treasurer.  Dan is the Chief Financial Officer of a large real estate development company.  His duties with Newburgh Cares, Inc include accounting and financial management and ensuring compliance with tax and other regulatory matters.

 

• Barry Schuyler, Vice President.  Barry is a Certified Public Accountant and will assist Dan in tax and accounting matter.

 

• Bobby Acker,  Director.  Bobby is President and CEO of Acker Design & Web Services.  He will lend his expertise in designing our fund raising activities and in developing a promotion and social media program.
